This Cookie Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) describes how IBURGWALD LTD (Registration No. HE 486085, Republic of Cyprus) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Flamezy online platform (hereinafter the “Website”). The Policy explains what cookies are, which types of cookies we use and for what purposes, and how you can manage or disable cookies. It also explains how we obtain user consent for cookies and how that consent can be withdrawn. We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection and privacy laws in our use of cookies.
Please read this Policy carefully. By continuing to use our Website (or by clicking “Accept” on the cookie notice), you consent to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the use of cookies as described in this Policy, you should disable them using your browser settings or refrain from using the Website.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, etc.) when you visit certain websites. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember information about your visit (for example, your preferred language or login status). Cookies are widely used to make websites work or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners. We may also use similar tracking technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage. In this Policy, we refer to all such technologies collectively as “cookies.”
2. Purposes of using cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
-
Essential functionality: To ensure the Website functions properly and to provide you with services you have requested. These cookies are necessary to enable basic features like page navigation and access to secure areas of the site.
-
Preferences and functionality: To remember your preferences and settings (e.g., language or region) and provide enhanced, more personal features. These cookies help improve your experience by offering personalized content and functionality.
-
Analytics and performance: To collect information about how you use our Website (for example, which pages you visit and whether you encounter errors) in order to understand and improve the way the site works. This helps us identify issues and optimize performance. We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) for this purpose.
-
Advertising and marketing: To deliver content and advertisements that are more relevant to you and your interests, both on our Website and on third-party sites. Cookies allow us and our advertising partners to tailor marketing to you and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
-
Security and fraud prevention: To help maintain the security of our Website, for example by detecting irregular site behavior and preventing malicious activities.
3. Types of cookies we use
The cookies used on the Website can be categorized as follows: strictly necessary cookies, functional cookies, analytical cookies, and marketing cookies. Each of these categories is explained below.
3.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are essential for the Website to operate and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take on the site that amount to a request for services, such as filling out forms, setting your privacy preferences, or logging in. Without these cookies, certain parts of the Website would not function properly. These cookies do not require your consent under applicable law, as they are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a properly functioning website.
3.2. Functional Cookies. Functional cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization on the Website. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have integrated into our pages (for example, an online chat service or a video player). These cookies remember choices you make (such as your login details, language, or region preference) and provide enhanced features. If you disable these cookies, some features or services may not function properly.
3.3. Analytical Cookies. Analytical cookies (also known as statistics or performance cookies) collect information about how visitors use our Website. They allow us to measure and improve the performance of our site by understanding which pages are most popular, how users navigate the site, and whether they encounter errors. The data collected by these cookies is generally aggregated and anonymous, meaning it does not directly identify you. However, if any personal data is collected via analytical cookies, we process it based on your consent. We may use third-party web analytics services, such as Google Analytics; these providers may set their own cookies to perform these functions.
3.4. Marketing Cookies. Marketing cookies (also known as targeting or advertising cookies) are used to track visitors across websites. They may be set through our site by our advertising partners or social media services. The purpose of these cookies is to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other sites, as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. These cookies can remember that you have visited our Website and this information may be shared with other organizations, such as advertisers. Marketing cookies are used only with your consent. If you disable these cookies, you will still see advertisements, but they will be less tailored to your interests.
4. Third-party cookies
Our Website also utilizes certain services provided by third parties that may set their own cookies on your device when you use the site. We carefully select and monitor these providers to ensure their use of cookies is consistent with this Policy and with data protection law. However, these cookies are set by external providers, and we do not have full control over their operation.
For example, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information (such as your IP address and browsing behavior) in order to evaluate your use of our Website and provide reports to us. Google may process this information, including transferring data to servers located in the United States or other countries. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize your IP address, which helps protect your privacy. Information collected by these cookies will be processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics as described in the “Managing cookies” section below.
In addition, we may partner with advertising networks (for example, Google Ads) and other third-party platforms that use cookies or similar technologies to deliver ads and track the performance of advertising campaigns. If we advertise on third-party sites, those cookies may be used to show our ads to people who have previously visited our Website, or to measure the success of our ads (for instance, to track if you clicked on an ad and later took an action on our site). These third-party cookies are controlled by the respective third parties and are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not provide these third parties with your personal data directly from our site, except for information collected through cookies as described above, and we enter into agreements with them as needed (such as data processing agreements) to ensure proper handling of the information.
Please note that all third-party analytics and advertising cookies on our Website are used only with your consent.
5. Cookie retention periods
Cookies can remain on your device for varying lengths of time. Some cookies are “session cookies,” meaning they are temporary and only last while your browser is open. These cookies are deleted once you close your browser.
Other cookies are “persistent cookies,” which remain on your device after your browsing session ends until they expire or you delete them. Persistent cookies have set expiration dates; they may stay on your device for days, weeks, or even several years, depending on their function.
We do not keep cookies longer than necessary for their intended purpose. For example, analytical cookies (such as those used by Google Analytics) may persist for up to two years unless you delete them earlier. Advertising cookies typically have a similar duration, allowing your preferences and interests to be remembered over a period of time.
The specific lifespan of any cookie is determined by its provider; you can usually find the expiration date of a cookie through your web browser’s settings.
6. Managing cookies
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies (except for strictly necessary cookies that the Website needs to function properly). When you first visit our Website, we request your consent for non-essential cookies via a banner or pop-up notice. In addition, you can adjust your cookie preferences at any time using one or more of the following methods:
-
Website cookie settings: If our Website provides a cookie management tool or preference center (for example, a “Cookie Settings” or “Privacy Settings” option), you can use it to choose which categories of cookies to allow or block. You can change your preferences or withdraw consent through this tool at any time.
-
Browser settings: Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through the browser’s settings. You can configure your browser to block cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. You can also delete cookies that have already been set. Please note that disabling all cookies may cause some parts of the Website to not function correctly, especially those that rely on cookies for functionality. The method for adjusting settings varies by browser; you can usually find details in your browser’s help section. (For example, in Google Chrome you can manage cookies via “Settings” > “Privacy and Security” > “Cookies,” and in Safari via “Preferences” > “Privacy.”)
-
Opt-outs for specific cookies: Some third-party providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms for their cookies. For example, you can opt out of Google Analytics cookies by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Similarly, for advertising cookies, you can use industry tools such as the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance’s website (e.g., YourOnlineChoices.eu) or the Network Advertising Initiative site, which allow you to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
7. User consent and withdrawal
Under EU law, the use of any cookies other than strictly necessary cookies requires your prior consent. We obtain such consent through a cookie notice banner when you first visit the Website.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of cookies at any time. You can do so by adjusting your settings as described above (for example, via our cookie management tool or your browser settings). Once you withdraw consent, we will cease collecting data via the relevant cookies and stop using them.
Please note that withdrawing your consent does not automatically delete cookies that have already been placed; you will need to remove those cookies via your browser settings. Also, withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any data processing that was carried out based on your consent before it was withdrawn. Be aware that if you do withdraw consent, certain features that rely on those cookies (for example, personalized content or targeted advertising) may no longer be available.
8. Policy updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, applicable law, or our operational practices (for example, if we introduce new cookies or change how we use them). When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy.
If the changes are significant, we may also provide a prominent notice on the Website or seek your consent again where required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
9. Contact information
If you have any questions or comments about this Cookie Policy or our use of cookies, please contact us by email at [email protected].
Schedule A. Cookie, SDK and Webview Storage Implementation
This Schedule explains practical use of cookies and similar technologies on flamezy.io, webview.flamezy.io, app.flamezy.io, static.flamezy.io and in Flamezy mobile applications. It supplements the Cookie Policy and does not change the rules on consent and withdrawal.
A.1. Domains and purposes
flamezy.io may be used for landing pages, marketing pages, authentication, app routing and product information. webview.flamezy.io may use webview storage and session identifiers for embedded screens. app.flamezy.io may use minimal deep-link routing parameters. static.flamezy.io is intended for legal documents and may use only strictly necessary, security or analytics technologies where enabled.
Cookies on one domain do not mean that the same cookies are automatically used on another domain. Categories, providers and retention periods may vary by interface and are reflected in the cookie banner or preference center where published.
A.2. Strictly necessary and security cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used for session management, authentication, CSRF protection, load balancing, consent records, language settings, integrity checks, rate limits and fraud prevention. These technologies may be set without separate consent where objectively necessary for the requested service or security.
Security cookies and device signals may help detect suspicious logins, bots, emulator farms, Watch Goal abuse, referral fraud and attempts to bypass restrictions. They are not used for behavioural advertising without consent where consent is required by law.
A.3. Analytics, performance and crash reporting
Analytics and performance technologies are used to understand webview stability, loading errors, interface speed, Watch Goal flow quality, crash reports and general Service improvement. Where law requires consent for these technologies, they are enabled only after the user’s choice.
The Company aims to use privacy-preserving settings, including IP truncation, aggregation, event minimization and access restrictions for reports. The specific list of analytics tools may change as the product develops.
A.4. Advertising, attribution and marketplace signals
Marketing cookies, ad attribution, referral attribution and similar technologies are used only with required consent. They may help understand which campaign brought a user, how promotional materials perform and which messages are effective, but must not be used to bypass age restrictions or serve prohibited advertising to minors.
In Flamezy mobile applications, the SDK of Adjust GmbH reads the advertising identifier, App Set ID and Google Play Install Referrer to attribute app installs and links, including links to videos shared from the app, and to prevent fraud.
Marketplace signals may be used to measure interest in access to AI-model training, but they do not constitute financial advice, investment profiling or a guarantee of earnings. The user may change cookie settings through the preference center or browser.
A.5. Withdrawal of consent and effects of disabling cookies
A user may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies through the available management tool, browser settings or device settings. After withdrawal, the Company stops new use of the relevant cookies, but cookies already placed may need to be deleted through the user’s browser or device.
Disabling cookies may affect login, language preferences, webview operation, anti-fraud checks, error analytics, personalization, advertising attribution and certain marketplace elements. Refusal of non-essential cookies should not block access to strictly necessary features where technically possible.
